Shipping

We use Australia Post Standard post service. We typically post ship within 1 business day (public holidays excluded). A flat rate of $8.50 is charged to orders unless an amount of $99 or more is spent, then delivery rate is free of charge.
Local pick up in Cranbourne North is available. Please use discount code ‘PICKUP’ at checkout to avoid postage fees and send an email to tsmith.wellness@gmail.com to arrange pick up. Only certain days/times are available.
Once posted out, you will receive a confirmation email to confirm dispatch. Please be aware that we are based in Victoria, so orders can take up to 5 -7 business days to be received due to Australia Post’s delivery pace.

Returns

Everyones skin is different therefore we strongly suggest patch testing inside your wrist for a minimum of 2-3 days prior to full use, particularly if your skin has a history of sensitivity or allergic reactions. Alchemedics or tsmith wellness cannot be held responsible if skin reactions do occur and cannot guarantee that this will not happen. Only items from tsmithwellness.com.au website can be returned. Any other items must be returned to original point of purchase. Eligibility for return, requires the product to be unused, unopened and in original packaging. Upon arrival, if any items are broken or damaged, we need to be notified via email to tsmith.wellness@gmail.com within 7 days of receipted order and must be accompanied by a photo of items showing damage. Once your return is received and inspected, an email will be sent to notify you that your item has been received. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your credit note. If you are approved, then your credit will be processed in the form of a voucher and will be emailed to you for use within 3 months. Refund policy is valid for strictly 30 days. After 30 days, the purchase is non refundable. A receipt or proof of purchase within 7 days of receiving item is required, to complete your return. For return and exchange items, cost of postage associated with return and delivery (if applicable) are at your expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund or credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shelf Life

Our products are made with 100% natural ingredients so they are best used within 6 – 12 months of opening. Expiry dates are handwritten on each product as a guide of when they are best used by.
