Yoga cultivates health and wellbeing (physical, emotional, mental and social) through the regular practice of a range of many different techniques, including postures and movement, breath awareness and breathing exercises, relaxation and concentration, self enquiry and meditation.

I aim to offer a wide range of practices to meet you where you’re at. Whether it’s just getting your breath right, moving through asana, getting really sweaty or guided meditation and simply just reducing stress levels, I endeavour to meet you where you are at and grow with you on your road to greater wellbeing.
Anyone can do yoga, it can be as simple or advanced as you’d like to take it. Just listen to your body and go from there.
